For this drawing, I used various construction techniques to develop a drawing of a male. I used various techniques to work out the overall size of the such as the head measuring technique, finding the midpoint, head to should width technique and equal leg lengths and arm length measurements. The overall outcome I didn’t think the drawing was that bad, but there are definitely some improvements I could have implemented. the first big thing is the size of the drawing. I could have gotten a more accurate design and better details if I drew him bigger. The next biggest thing is the guy’s width. I think that I possibly made him a little too wide. I went out of bounds using the head to shoulder width measurements and ended up making up too wide. I could have made it better if I drew the face better, but I feel I could have drawn it better if I drew him bigger. Even though the drawing is not perfect in any way I definitely feel like I’ve improved and I could now correct the mistakes I’ve made and do better if I did another drawing.
